Before this hub I had a very cheap one. It looked more like an adapter with more ports. It worked fine but I had to assemble it with additional adapters and it didn't have enough ports to support everything. So I decided to do the right thing, a proper TB3 hub that supports all my devices. The good news is that it can control almost all of these devices if they can be found. Now I have two monitors, keyboard and mouse. The only device that didn't support it was my webcam. It works fine on a laptop but flickers when used through this hub. Docking station (sometimes this happens even after the computer goes into sleep mode). So I'm hesitant to disconnect the laptop when the dock is running, which defeats its purpose. I basically spent hundreds of dollars on this device. Do yourself a favor, keep looking.
