Incomplete equipment and occupies two sockets.

The fan works but is a bit noisy. The worst thing about this product is in the details. This fan requires 4 mounting screws, 4 nuts, 4 rubber washers, a ground screw and a ground wire (because they were too cheap to make this just a 3 pin device). However, the package includes 2 bolts, 3 nuts, 2 washers and no ground screw or wire. So instead of a properly equipped three-pin fan with a plug, I ended up with a fan that requires two sockets (one for power and one for ground) and a charge. I'd happily pay the extra $5 for the proper wiring and hardware.
