Ive bought two of these, one XL dual use and one L regular comfort. All arrived promptly and well packaged. They seem to be well made with good stitching at the straps and the covers. The rigidity of the foam seems comfortable yet structural. I dont understand the separate sleeve cover, too small for the brace and too large for the plastic support of the dual use. However, both fit badly and were too tall for my neck. going smaller wasnt an option as i needed the width to close the brace. Only thing I can think of to do is trim the foam down an inch and recover the brace. I cant be bothered to return. So measure carefully (not casually like i did) and know that it wont squish or mold to your neck to be comfy, its a brace after all. I dont blame the manufacturer. My fault.UPDATED REVEIW:i went ahead and ordered the 3.5" soft collar which fits me, and like the rest its well made, came with a sleeve. Its comfortable, perhaps TOO comfortable. It allows my head to move any direction unless cinched super tight. Honestly I can even bend my head down with it on. Im transitioning from a hard shell collar after triple cervical fusion. After hours of wearing this light collar I have increased neck pain and headache and have returned to my hard shell. perhaps its a gradual process that i have to work into. I have another soft collar from a different maker that might work better for me. also, not a lover of the big gap in the back for the connection.
