Review on WorkChex Software by Shawn Parker

The ability to manage employee time off/PTO with ease! It also allows me as an HR administrator access into what's going on within our organization without having direct contact w each individual employees regarding their PTEs or FMLA leave (which can be lengthy). I'd like it if they could create different user accounts so that those who haven't been through training courses don't have full functionality compared others - even though we're paying them still doesn't justify this restriction. This software has helped us tremendously when hiring new staff members by allowing easy tracking from start date until end dates; thus helping ensure compliance & ensuring smooth transitions throughout the year!!
