This is considered indoor/outdoor lighted garland by the seller. Open the box and the first thing you see is a pair of gloves (you’re going to need them) and directions- yep- DIY lights and some trim. The garland was so tightly packed that it was a task unfurling it. The attached trims were loose and easily fell off. The snowflake trim was in a separate package. Then there’s the lights. I wasted an afternoon stringing lights on three garlands and once the sun set I switched them on … They’re barely visible. Buy only if you’re okay with this! Mine will be trashed after the holidays.
