I was nervous before getting this because I had read all the reviews (I like to prepare) and a lot of people said it wasn't a good case and I was really surprised! This case is amazing! The leather seems durable and the color came out very nicely. There are no scratches at all. The keyboard (which I'm typing on right now) is so light. It feels like it weighs nothing at all. The only problem with the keyboard is that the delete key is in a different place (on the same line as the numbers, labeled "Return"). Also, the buttons are pretty small. So if you're a clumsy typist like me, it may take a while to get used to. The keys aren't backlit, but I can see them in the dark through the backlight. The magnet is super strong. With the keyboard attached, I can pick anything up without falling over. When a keyboard is connected, closing the case does not turn off the iPad. However, with the keyboard removed, opening and closing the case turns the iPad on and off. In my case, the keyboard connected to the iPad very quickly. I'm planning on using it to carry my iPad to school and so far I'm really impressed with how light it is and how well everything works. I found you can put it anywhere and it doesn't slip, so fingers crossed it stays that way. It works exactly as it is said to. It cannot be placed vertically on the iPad, just FYI. The iPad's camera and flash fit perfectly in the bag and I can take pictures with ease. Overall, the case is slim, the keyboard works great, and the case fits perfectly with or without a keyboard. I recommend!
