Measurements are per inch or 2 but that's ok we made it! The description says it holds 150 pounds but the instructions say 100 is still not a problem as we weren't even close to halfway there! My child loves the potty now. She uses it as often as she can, even when she doesn't actually need to use the potty. It's so easy to use. She is afraid to climb straight steps, but these steps are not straight, they are like steps to her. Handles are such a clever invention that she can hold and turn them herself. He's very strong! Highly recommended to the DS community!
