I use it on my bike. Fits perfectly in my handlebar bag. I've only used it twice to inflate both tires after putting slime in the tubes but it worked flawlessly and very quickly. The LED flashlight function is also very practical. It came with a fully charged battery. It seems durable but I can't tell how it would perform for a car tire. After use, I think it's a good idea to take it with you in the car for emergencies. I always do that when I drive.
