Works well! The magnet could be stronger.
This worked very well for my purposes. I use them in my office to turn on germicidal UV lamps when I'm not in the room. It even works through my heavy door and the magnet comes in handy because I can stick it (with the extra strong magnet) to the metal door frame while the UV lamps are on and stick (with the base) to my filing cabinets inside. Room. There's a slight click when turning on and off, and I think that's important to some people.
