Review on 🧦 ZaTech Plantar Fasciitis Support Socks with Ankle Compression and Arch Support - Seamless Design by Cody Cobbs

I play sports quite often, go hiking quite often and go hiking quite often. What do these three things have in a comment? they all hurt me so much that I would rather be lying in bed than pushing on my heels to use the running water. I've bought quite a few products for plantar fasciitis and they didn't help me at all which was a shame. Then I stumbled across these ones with such rave reviews and thought why not? I bought 2 pairs for an upcoming backpacking trip. The first day we walked about 12 miles on flat/hilly/rocky terrain and carried 43 pounds on our backs. In the end I was pain free, that was a good start. I woke up the next morning and still had very little pain in the healing area, but I wouldn't have felt anything like this if I'd just put my socks on. A few stretches and I was able to stand up with no pain. Each sock is labeled so you know which foot it's on (assuming you know which is left and which is right). Arch support/compression is excellent, as is over the heel. These are also very cool (temperature) socks. My feet get a little warm when walking, but when I take off my shoes and let the fresh air blow on my feet, I can feel a holy smoke. instant cooling. I'm writing this review because I just bought my third pair and thought if anyone reading this has debilitating plantar fasciitis then hopefully you have as much luck with them as I did.
