Review on COBY CR-202 Portable AM/FM Stereo Radio with Alarm Clock - World Band Multi-Band Capabilities by Sean House

I was able to set the clock with no problems, but couldn't get the radio to work. There was a brief burst of sound and then silence - I tried all the stations, both AM and FM, and couldn't get any radio reception. VERY disappointing as otherwise the radio was what I was looking for in terms of size, legibility of time display etc. Only other downside was the uncertainty of how the product would be used in the bathroom. I am trying to reproduce my battery operated GE Bathmate clock radio (which is no longer in production) but am unsure if this product would be the right choice for this setting.
