My review is specific to PS4. This product doesn't work. As an IT specialist, I understand how this is supposed to work, but unfortunately it just doesn't. You can make the mouse work, update and do whatever you need. Of course, when downloading the software, you will get a virus warning in the Edge browser. It was very annoying, but I checked the files and didn't see anything threatening. After that, you can literally follow and repeat the procedures, try different cables, try whatever you want and it won't work. The one I have is bad? I thought so too, so I tried it on my PC and it worked perfectly. So it's about transferring the controller to the functionality of the keyboard. PS4 not working. The website is jerky and the whole process hits 110% on the shrinkage scale. Much luck!
