Poor anodization is the first thing that struck me right out of the box. You can see in the picture that the larger center hole has a 4mm spot missing or thinly anodized and the bottom hole 90 has a smaller spot. Came wrapped in foam so it was definitely a QC accident. On the positive side, it is very angular and well made. I'll try the exchange and see if I'm lucky next time, if not I'll live with it. I only expect better with the Made in USA seal. But in the end, function triumphs over form. ** To edit. The second one was much better, I like it. Must have tools for my apron. It's great to be able to just quickly pull it out and check the square. I haven't used Center Finder except for testing, and it's a great addition to the tool.
