Review on Kitchencraft Masterclass Baking 12 Piece Grey by Vladimir Castillo

I ordered two sets of these as a Christmas present for my English husband. He struggled to bake mince pies in American muffin pans, which he felt were too deep. His mother has the same problem of making Yorkshire pudding when she comes to visit. I found these jars online and read countless reviews from fellow Brits in the United States and it seemed just what I needed (although the official product name doesn't mention mince pies). When I received them they had a label wrapped around them saying the jars are for making muffins, muffins and mince pies so I made the right choice. And the production information shows that the company is based in Birmingham, UK. Double bonus! He was so surprised when he opened the gift and said they're the same ones his mum has so he's looking forward to making a new batch of mince pies right. I didn't know British cupcakes were smaller than ours so he's looking forward to trying his own cupcakes too. I, on the other hand, am looking forward to his mum using them for Yorkshire Pudding when his parents come to visit this year! Delicious!
