Great Christmas cakes.

These mini molds are just great. They're heavy, well made, don't stick and are the perfect depth for mini cakes. The bottom crust is well-browned and evenly baked. I would not recommend them for cakes that use cookie or cracker crumbs. The non-stick coating and shallow holes make it difficult for a crust to form. They are great for pastry cakes. These pans wash well. The small size makes it easy to store. They are wonderful and I would recommend them. When I first ordered them I didn't get what

Meat Pie Baking Pans

As a Brit in the US I love making mince pies for Christmas but can't find the right pans anywhere and the ones I brought back from the UK were very, very worn. When I saw these at Revain I immediately ordered two. They came direct from the UK manufacturer very quickly; much faster than the predicted data shown here. Perfect for making burgers and (British) muffins!

I ordered two sets of these as a Christmas present for my English husband. He struggled to bake mince pies in American muffin pans, which he felt were too deep. His mother has the same problem of making Yorkshire pudding when she comes to visit.
