These mini molds are just great. They're heavy, well made, don't stick and are the perfect depth for mini cakes. The bottom crust is well-browned and evenly baked. I would not recommend them for cakes that use cookie or cracker crumbs. The non-stick coating and shallow holes make it difficult for a crust to form. They are great for pastry cakes.
