Review on Kitchencraft Masterclass Baking 12 Piece Grey by Kobby Cagle

These mini molds are just great. They're heavy, well made, don't stick and are the perfect depth for mini cakes. The bottom crust is well-browned and evenly baked. I would not recommend them for cakes that use cookie or cracker crumbs. The non-stick coating and shallow holes make it difficult for a crust to form. They are great for pastry cakes. These pans wash well. The small size makes it easy to store. They are wonderful and I would recommend them. When I first ordered them I didn't get what I expected but Revain replaced them quickly with no problems.
