A few years ago I got a pair of these headphones and my husband really liked them. So I gave him a pair of white and silver ones as a Father's Day gift. However, there seems to be a problem with the right one. It is not charged directly in the event. This shows that they are linked, but the one on the right isn't being physically charged, meaning it won't play either. We're still troubleshooting to see if it can be fixed but if not I will contact the seller for a refund or replacement. Very disappointed. EDIT ::: 08/08/2020 I have contacted customer service to help with this issue and attempted to contact the company regarding product warranty. They couldn't do it that day, and neither could I. All I wanted was a refund from the seller and I haven't heard back. So now I'm almost $60 short and my husband still doesn't have working headphones. Saying I'm angry is saying nothing. Despite my negative feedback, I have not heard from Revain, the retailer or the manufacturer.
