EDIT: I'm editing this review because I didn't give it enough time before checking it the first time. I found it thin but it holds up well. It's not fragile like I thought because it still works fine. I leave it on and had no problems, it doesn't get hot or anything so I have no idea why they say it should stay off when not in use. It charged all my devices perfectly. It's a little tricky to plug in the power, but it's okay. So I apologize for misjudging this device and feel I have to make it up to you considering I'm still using it and I gave it such a bad review. It's definitely worth the money! The first rating I let myself in for everyone to see and judge for themselves: I'm afraid to move this thing with difficulty because it seems so fragile. The sliders to select the socket type for each country are not held when you turn them on, so you have to hold the slider down most of the time. It charges my S10 Plus well, but I haven't tested the actual capacity. It says you shouldn't leave it plugged in when not in use, which is a bit concerning. Pass-through power connectors work but are difficult to connect. Also, it does not convert voltage, which is clearly marked. In general it works, but there is still a lot to do!
