This cable is well made, no rust or dents on the cable. The rubber coating is extremely durable, without scratches or dents. So far this product looks "like new" after a year of use. (2) The only downside I can think of is the cable flexibility. Well to be honest this is not a scam as any good cable loses its flexibility the thicker the cable is made over the rope. And any thinner cable would not guarantee the safety of a dog as strong as our dingo. He could lift 4 cinder blocks uphill. Therefore this cable is suitable for all medium to high strength pet ties and we highly recommend it as your dog grows and gets stronger every day. It will probably last forever and will be the last dog tie you will ever buy. And the length is actually perfect. The longer ones ensure the dog wraps around and the shorter ones prevent your dog from finding shade or finding a restricted place to sleep. (3) Finally. Very good product, no need to buy again.
