Review on MARAKYM by Sangmin Barrett

I thought MARAKYM would be great, but they completely let me down. While their merchandise may look attractive online, it is actually low-quality imitations. I bought a workout bag from them, but when it arrived, the zipper was damaged. Customer care told me the issue probably occurred during shipping when I complained. Do they really believe I'm that easy to fool? They agreed to get a new one, but it was plagued by the same problem. Their shipment was a major headache as well. My item finally arrived more than two weeks after I placed it, and the company cited "unforeseen circumstances" as the cause. Perhaps they should have anticipated the occurrence of such events and informed me in advance of the delay. Overall, MARAKYM is not something I would suggest to anyone. They sell low-quality goods and provide abysmal service to their customers. Don't put yourself through the hassle; go somewhere.
