Review on Microsoft Surface Pro 5 (Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD) by Roshan Schram

I am very happy with it. You will not regret if you buy it.

I bought a Surface Pro i5 8GB RAM. The device replaces both the HP Ultrabook and the iPad. The Ultrabook is still a good laptop and works well, but this Surface Pro exceeded my expectations. It was a great purchase and I enjoy working on it every day. I also bought him a keyboard which was a real pleasure. It works seamlessly with both my ultrabook (which I love) and my iPad. The Surface Pro is very well put together, both in terms of the actual build and in terms of initial solidity and design. The front-facing speakers work very well, better than any laptop or tablet I've listened to. The screen itself is beautiful, with excellent clarity and detail, and the speed of the supporting hardware allows it to display anything I throw at it. Touchscreen operation, speed and response are excellent. To say that the processor is very good is to say nothing. Fanless and very fast; It handles video compression, editing, and encoding better than anything I've used before, especially given the small form factor. Light edits and all other everyday tasks when using a computer don't even deserve a mention as they can easily be done at the same time as heavy tasks. Absolutely wonderful. The battery life was exceptional. Compared to an Ultrabook with good battery life, the Surface Pro was amazing. I work with it all day and it works without any problems. Surface Pro is expensive but I can say that this is definitely an excellent product compared to other tablets or laptops in the market. , in almost every way. Years ahead in development, hardware and support. It's really nice to use. I think the most important thing is its extremely small and portable size. Remember, this isn't just a tablet like "competitors". This is a real full-fledged computer that can easily be thrown in a backpack or simply carried around. It really has no competition because it outperforms everything else. I know I will love this Surface Pro for years to come. Some people may say that it doesn't have a USB Type-C. True, but do I really want to buy everything I have just to have USB-C based hardware? No; Not only would it be expensive for little or no real use, but all the stuff I have is already working well and I plan on getting value out of my purchases. Also, most hardware doesn't support USB-C yet anyway; it is not ready yet. Finally, my understanding is that Microsoft plans to sell a Surface Connect Type-C converter just in case you need one that supports both full Type-C data and full performance. Both full data points and performance are important, as many modern Type-C ports and hardware aren't truly fully functional. After a few weeks of using the Surface Pro I am very happy with it. You will not regret if you buy it.
