I was very excited to open the (undamaged) box this item came in. I got my food-grade mineral oil, brush and cloth before I opened the wrapper.Upon removing the wrapper, my eyes were assaulted by the crack separating the first column of squares in the middle end of the board where the hand-carry relief in the board is.Whatever happened to the thing called "quality control?"Of course it is being sent right back to amazon tomorrow.What a waste of my time!
