Great compression and support if you choose the right size. I definitely recommend it. The only problem for me was that the size chart is really wrong. I'm 5ft 4in and 117cm tall which puts me squarely in the short category. I was skeptical because all I have is xs and it seems like I increase the size every time because Revane says it's too big. The reviews said the size is bigger because it's a big compression etc so I ordered a small one first. She was definitely too big. It was crumpled at the knees and too long at the hips, and the compression was similar to my Victoria's Secret xs capris. . I'm looking for real sports compression with real support for high impact loads like long distance runs. I came back for xs and they are perfect! Everything fits in the right places, I definitely feel supported. So my suggestion is to order athletic leggings in your normal size, DO NOT go up a size.
