When I switched from traditional plastic toothbrushes to bamboo toothbrushes, I noticed that there were MANY options. I also noticed that many of them were very overpriced. We tried different brands and some were great. some not so much. These are our favourites. Not only is this the cheapest brand we could find, but it is also of very good quality. We have had several previous brands that came with split bamboo. nothing you want to put in your mouth! We have never had such problems with this brand. The handles are smooth, the bristles are soft and don't fall out as easily as some other brands. We are very happy with that!
