My laptop keeps overheating even when it's very cold in the room I'm using it in. I have an air conditioner, ceiling fan and portable fan running in the back bedroom of my mobile home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year round. Then I had another fan under my laptop but I realized it stopped working so I bought this one. My laptop boots by itself and when you press the power button the message says it has shut down to prevent damage from overheating. I leave my laptop on 24/7 as I use it daily for most of the day. I am disabled and use it for various research projects. So no, I am not at all happy with the performance of this fan.
