Review on 🔆 Sunlite 10MR11 CG 12V Reflector Bulb by Whitney Buckley

I received this bulb to replace the 12V 5W halogen bulb in our little fiberglass Christmas tree which burned down two days before Christmas. I had to remove it because the lightbulb burned out. This little tree I've been planting in our kitchen for a few years now slowly rotates as the fiber changes color. It's one of those "cheesy" Christmas decorations we can't live without. It stands about 24 inches tall and is made of a glossy green material with strands of fiberglass running through the base of the tree. The Hikari brand lamp I bought in 2012 won't be here until Christmas so I ordered this Sunlite brand because it looked the same as the conical shield around the lamp but more like the clear plastic cover around the opening. The clear cover over the hole reduces the light coming from the lamp so the light is less intense compared to the version without the clear cover originally supplied with our fiberglass tree. Having bought two of these Sunlite bulbs I'm pretty committed to them but will only be using them as backups. I'm ordering a proper 5 watt 12 volt Hikari halogen bulb now to have next year.
