🔆 Sunlite 10MR11 CG 12V Reflector Bulb Review

I liked that you could find a replacement using the number printed on the old bulb. I also like that these bulbs just "plug in" - nothing needed.

I needed a replacement light for my fiber optic Christmas Snowman and this one was just the thing. I was happy to see other reviews from people who have used this lamp for the same purpose, so I was confident it would work.

the product arrived overnight. I had to replace a burned out Halloween scarecrow with a halogen lamp. Found on Raven. Although the one I took out was 12v 6w, if the size of the MR11 was the same I knew that 12v 5w would be fine. I appreciate the fast shipping and easy exchange.

I bought this to replace a lightbulb in a small fiberglass Christmas tree and it worked great! I was so happy to have my tree working again as it has sentimental value to me. I had trouble finding this particular bulb in store so was pleased that Revain had it and that it was being offered at a reasonable price.

This lamp is exactly as pictured. The only problem I had was that it's too big for what I need it for. The reason for the 3 stars is the poor description of the lamp size. The lamp is exactly 1 and 3/8 inches long counting the pins on the bottom (1 and 1/8 inches not including the pins). The top of the lamp is also 1 and 3/8 inches wide. I hope this more accurate description of lamp size helps someone else.

Like many others, I bought this to replace a lightbulb in a snowman with fiberglass outdoor Christmas decorations. The description doesn't say they have a lens cap, but it does. Clean and bright white light. This bulb makes the fiber brighter and glows much better than the previous replacement bulb I bought. I bought 6 of these so should last a few years. If you need to replace your fiber optic light bulb, this is a great option!

Disclaimer: First, the lamp worked great. There is nothing wrong with the product itself. However, the 3-star rating is for my specific use, not that it doesn't work.
