The platform is very easy to use, even for someone with little IT knowledge. It's also quite intuitive regarding marketing automation and social media advertising campaigns. I would say that some of the features are not as user-friendly as they should be (e.g., it might take you more than one attempt before figuring out how an option works). However, we have been able to build our own modules with customizations as needed, so this has actually helped us get better results in terms of ROI. Our main problem was getting leads from different sources into a single system, which led to less control over them. We were then managing this data separately across various tools, but now everything is connected through HubSpot CRM.
