Beware of the buyer with tires and tubes

I tried to contact the seller but couldn't find a way to do so on the Revain website. Received the valve caps today expecting them to fit 6 of my family's bikes. However, two covers are unthreaded; looks like a broken cast. Unsatisfied!

Pros

. Suitable for mountain bikes, road bikes and fixie bikes with Presta valve tubes, cross bikes, folding bikes, hybrid bikes, racing bikes, trekking bikes, etc. Not suitable for car valves.
