I bought this for my mum who sings at the opera and she loves it! Audio/Microphone - clear five stars. There's no crackle, distortion or hiss no matter how far you sing into the mic, which was fantastic for my mom. The microphone picks up sounds perfectly and 1:1 when listening. My mom isn't too tech savvy, but even she can easily connect the device to her phone and use its features. The product is made of metal, not cheap plastic, so durability has been the best. My brother also loved the product and took it to college. I am planning to buy another one for my mom! This product is highly recommended!
