Many negative reviews because the tubes are sent without a tip. That's the seller's problem, not the product's. Mine was made by Amazon. I contacted them and the representative did everything to make it better. I have negative feedback about the seller. The product does exactly what it should. I think I have to change my negative review because the representative really tried to fix it. I'm just not sure if my replacement comes with a tip or not.
