Solved many problems related my staffing agency
The ease of use, flexibility to customize for our needs, ability to integrate with other systems (SAP, Salesforce), robustness in terms of reliability, availability, scalability, etc.
It's not perfect but it does its job very well! We have been able to create workflows that are flexible enough to meet all our business requirements while being easy enough for users to understand and implement themselves. This has resulted in great customer service levels as we can now provide support without having to outsource or hire additional resources.
Pros
- Functionality everything is there
- Flexibility from an IT perspective when building custom solutions.
- High performance / quality services provided by your team..and their follow up communications after completion; )
Cons
- Less robust than I would like sometimes lagging behind features available elsewhere such Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Some components require advanced configuration beyond what may be accessible through UI options alone!
- Not compatible across platforms if using
