I have to start by loving the size and ease of cleaning for this, but the faucet seems to have an issue with the on/off buttons and their functions have gosh the last one just stayed high and was high all the time even low and mid so I gave it away and bought another one and the LOW function of this one is about the same as my other HIGH, and the MIDDLE and HIGH are very high. If you're steaming a huge room you'll probably love it, but of course I use this in sick kids' rooms so I REALLY need a low function to keep the windows from dripping. Unfortunately, I will probably have to find a children's brand with a real LOW.
