I like how easy it was to create my own page for each member, so they can see their information individually instead of having one big list with hundreds or thousands of people in them. It's not always accurate when you're updating your members' info because sometimes things are changed by mistake (like deleting an email address). Sometimes there isn't enough space after adding new contacts into the system which causes problems if someone has more than 10-15 contact fields added at once. Also sometimes the program crashes - this happens most often while trying to add photos! Make sure your computer meets all requirements before installing; otherwise some features won't work properly. We have been able to keep track of our membership very easily since we use parishioners databases.
