Great for Halloween
I bought 6 sets to light up the trees around my house for Halloween. I didn't want to use multiple extension cords and create a series of hazards that I could trip over. It worked great! Multiple shots so I was able to find one that struck me as "creepier". We got a lot of compliments from neighbors. There were a couple of times where the odd filament didn't light up, but I quickly found that it was because the wind caught the solar panel and blew it so it was pointed at the ground or tree trunk. They lasted a full month and I packed them up for next year.
