I purchased two cards, one of 8 gigabytes and one of 16 gigabytes, of the 10th class. At the same time, I started using it in a smartphone and a digital video recorder (DVR). In the smart device, it died unexpectedly, after approximately a year of burying all the information. The card is still functional in the registrar, but a third of it has artifacts in the video after 2–5 seconds. Dude, don't take it.
