Very good and simple domain registration platform
I like that it is easy to register my business's website, without having any technical knowledge required! Also they provide great customer service if you have questions or problems regarding your account/domain purchase or renewal process.
It can be difficult sometimes when one of our team members needs access for something (like an email address). Sometimes we are not able resolve this issue immediately so there may need to be more than 1 person involved in resolving issues related t oour storke registry accounts / renewals etc.. If someone has no experience using online registrars such as ours then maybe some initial training would help them get started quicker- but once trained everything seems pretty straight forward - just use their instructions carefully!! Our main benefit from registering through us was being part of The DotCom Era which helped give credibility & visibility during those early days of internet marketing back around 1995/'my first job after graduating university at age 20.<.
- Very easy to use and have a great support team they are always there to help they are also very quick in responding to all of our emails / questions / issues etc
- The only part of the process I dislike is having to make a phone call at the beginning of the domain registration process to activate the domain name for future use
