Good idea but doesn't work

I should have known it wouldn't work as the product comes out of the box. The trash keeps coming out and now all I have is a very dirty wall. In addition, the parts that hold the product together become clogged. I went to return it and the only free option was to leave it with Kol. It's easier for me to just throw it away.
