The customer service is top notch! I have had several questions over time that we needed answered quickly - they did so in an extremely professional way without any hesitation or delay of their own end. They are very responsive but also keep you updated with everything as it happens. Nothing really at this point. As stated above though, excellent communication from start until finish (and beyond if required). We've used them only once before now, however will definitely be using again when our next campaign kicks off early 2018. It's not easy finding someone who can answer your specific needs immediately, which makes sense given how many customers there must already be out there looking for advice/help like yours. But having found them through LinkedIn recommendations, rest assured you're getting expert help where necessary.
