I like the coffee maker but can't give it a 5. It's hard to find a product with the right features. I love grinding fresh beans or using the K-cup side when in a hurry. Cons - Very large so you have to pull forward to access the top to load. Since you can only grind and cook what you need, you have to take it out to the store every day. Need a tank for water and beans. The side of the K mug, the water tank, should be clean so you know when you're running out of water. A lot of condensation forms in the grinder, so that the ground coffee sticks to the inside of the chamber. This requires frequent cleaning of the chamber. If you remove the grinder for cleaning and air drying, the indicator will flash until you put it back together. Very annoying as I like to let it dry.
