Works very well, does not slip. I have a few issues, but they are not related to the product itself. My first issue is that my phone's buttons (volume up/down, power on/off) are on the side. When I pinch the phone I have to make sure it doesn't press those buttons which causes it to line up about 3/4 the length of the phone. But it is still stable. Second, my windshield is at an angle making it difficult for me to orient my phone vertically, so I have to place it horizontally. It looks weird combined with the above issue (not centered) but as I said it's stable so I don't mind. Also note that if your phone has a bottom power adapter, it may be difficult to connect in portrait mode. That being said, I like this rattle bag base holder a lot more than the windshield suction cup look. This holder is much more versatile and can easily be moved from one machine to another. I had no issues with slipping and it holds its place even on moderately bumpy roads. Also note that it is suitable for both large and small phones.
