When everything is properly set up and tested, my dogs cannot lift their heads and have to constantly walk around as if sniffing the ground. If the collars aren't pointing down toward the ground, they'll start falling off like my dog is approaching a boundary. If the collar is pointing down and I move towards the boundary, the collar works, but if I mimic the dog's head in a normal upright position, the collar will turn off no matter where I am within the boundary. I changed the settings and contrary to popular belief when it comes to men and reading instructions, I read them, followed all the steps and fixed the problem accordingly. Nothing solved the problem...it was a lot of money for something I can't use. Maybe it's just a coincidence that I received both collars, but if both are, it can't match.
