My wife locked our keys in the car and instead of calling the locksmith because we could have it delivered the next morning I decided to save some money. The set arrived on time. Outside of the package, however, the smaller of the two airbags had a leak in the inflation rod. So it was useless. Also included is only one large wedge. The most useful tool in the set. We pushed the remaining airbag into the door and made room to put our hand inside. However, we had to lay down the poles to get the end where we need it. Which scratched the paint on the nursing door frame. Couldn't manipulate my hand well enough to pull the door handle or press the unlock button. We ended up using the hanger to get the keys off the seat and then cracked the door open so we could get them out of the car. It took about 2 hours. I know this was my first time, but it felt/seems like the tools just aren't up to the job they are supposed to do.
