Very beautiful, durable

Cooked potato cakes on one of the baking trays in the oven at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Under all this heat stress, the sheet metal did not deform. I'm used to cooking in a supermarket pan that deforms at 350 degrees. I also bought baking racks that fit nicely in the pots. I will enjoy these pans. Very worth the money in my opinion. They will last a long time.
