I use this with a room humidifier and it keeps the humidity in a certain range. My main criticism is that although the manual states that the controls have been simplified, it's still overly complicated for my liking. Especially if you press the wrong button, you can easily make some incomprehensible settings that are difficult to figure out without reading the instructions. In this case, the easiest way out is to reset the settings and start over. Another problem is that a humidity sensor at the end of the cable is not the most aesthetic solution for your bedroom. It's a black thing that looks like it belongs in a lab or factory. I have another problem with this controller. After programming in automatic mode, I would like to be able to switch the initial state on or off. It should have a toggle button, but it doesn't. Here's how I handled it: I blew a hair dryer on the probe on low heat to lower the humidity and turn it into the on state.
