The ability to have multiple users simultaneously in one location without having separate rooms for each person. It also has an excellent audio quality which makes it easy even when you are far away from your computer or phone. I wish that there was more customization of what we could see while using the system. Also, we would like our own desktop icons instead of just a list of files. This helps us organize things better so that they do not get lost easily. We use it mostly to communicate between two different offices. While this service allows everyone who needs access to view the same content at once, it does help reduce email volume significantly.
