I bought 3 sets of these lights based on the good reviews. The grids are large, the light is bright. The different modes are positive. I have 3 problems. First, controllers have no memory. When I use an external timer, the controllers reset to default (cycle through all lighting modes) every time I turn on the device. Likewise, if the power goes out, I have to reprogram the entire setup. Second, the internal timer function doesn't work (6 hours on, 18 hours off) - I've tried setting it 4 times - the indicators stay on. Third, due to the connector configuration, I can't connect 3 networks in series with 1 controller, so I have to use one for each set of lights. falling 3 times hurts.
