Easy to Use & Inexpensive for the Features

The ease of use is great! I was able train my employees in minutes using an online training video available through our account manager - it's that simple!! It would be nice if there were more templates for specific needs like HOSPs or GAPs but this isn't something we have experienced as they are new products so far from what has been designed by them up until now which makes sense since those items haven’t even come out yet; however any updates will most likely include such features upon release.
Having everything centralized allows us consistency across all locations when creating documents & forms/submittals etc..

Pros

Easy to navigate
Ease at completing tasks.
Ability To add additional fields where necessary (in some cases) without having too many steps involved with adding extra rows within excel sheets, word document ect..This saves me time because once i create one template its easy enough then just duplicate over again instead
