so far so good! We received the pillows just before Thanksgiving and they are holding up well even though we've only had them a week. Loved the velcro straps which seem to hold the pillow in place well. They are fluffy and about 2-1/2 inches thick. We received the light beige and they match the color compared to the website. We bought two packs for 8 seats. Many labels can be removed from each pillow; Patience is a virtue, so grab your sharp scissors, sit down and cut your hair clean! It's worth it! I threw away all but one set of tags, leaving behind one of the materials and one of the washing instructions. Other reviews said they wash well and you can put a tennis ball in the dryer to "fluff them up"!
