Faulty product and terrible customer service
I bought a new FOB key with a 1 year warranty and after only a few months it stopped working. I took it to my local dealer to test and they said the transmitter was defective. I have emailed ACDelco several times and received almost no response from them. The only time they actually answered me was to tell me to go to another store. Do not buy this company's products unless you are willing to face a mountain of headaches.
